Sud Rosé
A delicate and refreshing rosé from the sunny Languedoc region, made entirely from Grenache. Pale pink in colour with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and citrus zest. The palate is crisp, dry, and light-bodied, showing bright acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. A perfect companion for warm days and Mediterranean flavours.

Fresh red berries with hints of citrus and floral notes. Light, dry, and lively on the palate with a smooth, refreshing finish.
Winemaking
100% Grenache grown on clay-limestone soils in southern France. Direct pressing, cold fermentation at 15 °C, no malolactic to retain freshness and vibrant fruit.
