Soft, fruit-driven Merlot blended from parcels grown across the Riverina and Central Ranges. Fermented warm in stainless steel, then matured for six months with a touch of French oak to add roundness without masking the bright berry core.
Tasting Notes
Plush plum and black cherry up front, followed by hints of raspberry coulis, mocha and a gentle vanilla lift. Medium-bodied palate, supple tannins, juicy acidity and a smooth, crowd-pleasing finish.
