Crafted for easy drinking and versatility, this wine is made from red grapes harvested early to retain freshness and low alcohol. With just 12% ABV, it’s approachable yet expressive, pairing beautifully with summer dishes or enjoyed on its own.

Winemaking

Red varieties harvested early for acidity and freshness. Gently pressed with minimal skin contact to retain a pale hue. Cold fermented in stainless steel for aromatic purity. No oak.
