The palate is fresh and focused, with vibrant acidity, chalky texture and subtle oak integration. A pure, elegant wine that reflects the region’s finesse and precision.

Winemaking
Hand-picked from estate and grower vineyards. Whole-bunch pressed, wild fermentation in French oak (15% new). Aged 8 months on lees. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
